Annual Meeting Summaries on ASCO.org features cutting-edge information from the scientific research presented at the 2005 through 2008 ASCO Annual Meetings. Synopses of all the Oral Abstracts Presentations and the Plenary Sessions provide a valuable and enduring resource for the important clinical oncology research findings discussed at the Meeting.
The introductory paragraphs of all Annual Meeting Summaries articles are available to all visitors, and full-text access is available to all ASCO members. Content is searchable by abstract number, session title, and keywords, and material from previous years’ editions is also available. The summaries are organized according to track, or cancer type, and each is accompanied by a brief description of the summary, a link to the full text of the summary, a list of the session Chair(s) and associated sessions, and the full list of associated abstracts, including titles, abstract numbers, first authors, and categories. The abstracts also can be printed or sent to colleagues by e-mail.
This is the last year that Annual Meeting Summaries will be published. However, the information contained therein is available in a variety of other media, including ASCO’s Virtual Meeting, Podcasts, and the abstracts available on ASCO.org.
